BURNOUT LEGENDS Review

High intesity racing, adrenaline fueled crashes, and total anarchy. Yes, I am talking about Burnout Legends for the PSP. In this game, you get all the awesome tracks from Burnout 1, 2, and 3. There is so much stuff to do in the game that it is unimaginable. World Tour is a mode where you race through all the best burner locations and amass Global Burnout Points. In this you also unlock car after car and track after track. It seemed that while I was playing, everytime I finished a race, I unlocked something new. The game modes include: Race, Time Attack, Road Rage, Pursuit, Face-Off, Legend Face-Off, Eliminator, Burning Lap, and Grand Prix. All of these modes are sure to keep you entertained for a long time. The most important mode, that Burnout is most known for is the Crash Events. The Crash Events is where you must try your hardest to create the biggest crashes you can. Your goal is to hit all the cars you can and get all the pick-ups around the map to end up with as much cash as you can. Besides single player, there is also a ton of multiplayer events. Not only can you play Ad Hoc, but you can also do game sharing which will allow to PSP's to play one game. THis is really cool because you can also upload a demo of the game to a nearby friend. It is a really cool feature to have. I have a few complains and that is that the load times are some of the longest on the PSP, sometimes over 45 seconds. Graphically, the game also has o.k. graphics for a hanheld but there are random ugly pixels everywhere. It can be really annoying sometimes. I gotta give this game a 7/10!

THE GOOD:

1. Lots Of Unlockables

2. Great Multiplayer Events

3. Feels Like Console Version

THE BAD

1. Ridiculous Load Times

2. Pixelated Graphics

3. No Customizations
